Terms of service

❀ Do not repost my work without permission.
❀ I only work in digital. Therefore there will be no tangible goods or shipping.
❀ All commissions are private or personal use unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
❀ I reserve the right to decline any commission.
❀ I still maintain all rights to my own work - this includes but is not limited to: adding to my portfolio and posting it on my social media. I won’t sell commissions though.
❀ Credit me with my socials (Twitter / Instagram: @sleepykiart) anytime the art is showcased. This can be via an ‘art credit’ in the post (using @/ is fine) or tagging me.
❀ Commissioner or anyone else is not permitted to trace, edit, copy, or remove my watermark.
❀ Edits to the lines will not be made past the lineart stage.
❀ These are the most common types of commissions I offer, should you want something in particular or a combo of things please DM me and we can discuss it.

Payment

❀ I take full payment upfront.
❀ No refunds.
❀ Commissions are negotiable on price as I’d like to fit your budget but I won’t undersell myself in my own currency.
❀ Payment is done through PayPal invoice in GBP (please take into consideration the exchange rate in currency if you’re not from the UK) and you’ll have 24 hours to pay it.

❀ Soft gore - blood, scrapes, cuts and bruises.
❀ OC’s, canon characters, furries, ferals, etc.
❀ Simple backgrounds.WON’T DO:
❀ Stolen characters or art replicas.
❀ Mech / Mecha and armour.
❀ Complex backgrounds.
❀ Depictions of real people.
❀ NSFW or suggestive art featuring real, canonical or apparent minors.
❀ Anything that depicts hate or discrimination to a specific person or group.EXTRAS:
+ £50 for ideation.
+ 50% for another character.
+ 25% per every character after.
+ 100% or more for commercial use.
